Get a tablet.

I had elbow pain. Took pills, injections and acupunture. Not much effect.

Only I changed t a small Wacom tablet it sort of improved. Have been using it for more than 6 years liao.

Moreover pen is more intuitive than mouse for finer Photoshop work.

omg I just started experiencing that too!
Feels like slivers of pain going through the bone man.
Its not so painful yet. But very irritating.
There's no way to cure it? :bigeyes:

I've a small Wacom Graphire tablet at home.
Its slightly older than Bamboo generation but still usable.
You wan I can lend you try. I don't use anymore cause office also got tablet.
If you can get used to it then maybe buy the bamboo la
