please, no one here ever said that a is better than b, b is better than a...

everyone has good points to learn from, if i provide critique it is my point of view, and i will always only address the picture, not the person. how good a person shoots has little to do with how successful he is in life , and that success (to me) is not even measured by how much money he earns, what car he drives. it's about how good a person he is, how good a person he tries to be, and whether he sticks to the correct principles.

so, if you want to be friends with us, first discard that mentality of any hierachy. there is no such thing here.

yup, it is a female.

The male look like this.

Classified as uncommon in the lastest checklist in Aug 2010, and can only be found in forested area.
