ok not so bad they give you replacement flight..

i only remember got quite a few times i had to call this company...... i wanted to murder them, they would make me hold for 20 minutes, and then suddenly the prerecorded message would say "our phone lines are too busy at the moment. please call back later"... and then hang up on me... :bheart::bheart:
