Err... actually koalas are New Zealanders. Same same.. but different. :p
No, No, NO!! The national animal of New Zealand is the sheep. It's found in most fields and out numbers men about 30:1. NZ is known as the land where men like sheep and the sheep are scared. The # publication in Kiwiland is "The sheepshappers monthy" published bi-monthly by B. Leat and Co, Dunedin and endorsed by the sheep farmers of kiwiland Inc.
you like old koala?

pls sms 81960442 then :bsmilie::bsmilie:
Tried the number and it connected me to The goat fanciers club of Singapore, when only the best goat won't do.
:think: "Fatal Attraction" comes to mind.
Sings ... there's a kind of sheep, all over the world tonight...

The National Animal is the Kiwi not the Sheep. Polease get the facts RIGHT !;(

From the early 1980s, when NZ was home to over 70 million sheep, the population has declined to around 39 million in 2008. This means the oft-quoted statistic, that NZ has 20 sheep for each human, is wrong! Nowadays it's only about 9 to 1. This decline hasn't stopped NZ from cornering 50% of all international trade in sheepmeat.

Unlike the human population, the majority of New Zealand's sheep are based on the South Island, where there are more than 20 sheep for every human!

Then there are cattle, New Zealand is one of the top five dairy exporters in the world. The top five countries supply around 90 percent of dairy products on the international market. There are over nine million beef and dairy cattle in NZ.

But you also fail to mention that Australia's Sheep stocks are dwindling also, which is why many Aussies are heading to NZ to retire...

Australian sheep flock shrinking: Australia's sheep flock stood at 76.94 million head as of June 2008, down 10 percent, or 8.78 million head from the previous year. This is the lowest Australian sheep flock since 1916, and takes the decline that began in 1990 to 55 percent from the 170.2 million head in the nation's…...

I see you also fail to mention Rugby, at which NZ totally dominate AU, in Super 14, Sevens, Test Matches, Tri-Nations, Bledisloe Cup, first winners of the World Cup, but since then have choked, and that even with New Zealands top Super 14 coach, the Rugby team still disintegrates :P

Just love how people have selective memories. :sticktong

I only support 2 teams, All Blacks and anyone playing the Wallabies

On that note cant you feel the

Yes I know you are not Aussie, but everyone always loves to quote the *SHEEP* thing but dont fully understand the banter between NZ and AU ...

Be as it may I might just be in the fair city of Perf! over easter, shooting at the AU Nationals...

Cheers ...

Yes I do need to borrow as gun, as they wont allow me to bring my gun / ammo into AU. WA is so so restrictive, even out of state guys are having problems coming to this match ....

Maybe Mr. Ang Moh in Hell you cover the event for some positive coverage
