Sigh.... haven't into my 3rd month, already feel like quitting.

Some tech colleague: Fox can help me with this case? The mail setup properly, but user cannot send and receive mail.
Me: Ok, I'll look into it.

a while later, a call frm other client: Fox can help me settle iPhone connection to e-mail NOW?
I called your colleague he said he dun have iPhone, and ask me to call you....

......
When I did not have iPhone and was tasked to configure one for some VIP, I think on my feet and did it without burdening other ppl.

As an IT professional, you shd have a basic understanding on how things work. New tech are built on THAT foundation and will have similar way of configuring.

Some ppl are just wanna spoon fed.

Time to look for other job.
