Adjust your white point for the school building. If you want more blue sky, use PS gradient blue filter to increase the sky color.

Seems alright to me. The blue has taken over and eat into the highlights and shadows.

Unless you wanna remove the blue and the sky becomes very light blue liao. :think:

Just try to make use of the sky as the reference for cloning and use a smaller diameter to clone down initially.

Much easier compared to using the sea water i feel.
