i got a 77mm R72 IR filter... who need i can use mine... i not using coz my canon lens 82mm and my 5dmkii not gd for IR... no need to worry as i dropped b4 and got a little bit of scratch already :bsmilie:

Don't force it or whack it as you may spoil the thread inside the ballhead.

If you have access to a bench vice or something similar, can clamp the CL (if it is very hollow, put something in the hole to support it), apply some oil to the connecting portion, grip the ballhead, should be able to turn it out slowly Liao.

I usually try to minimize the no of joints going into the sea water, from bottom to top.
If need then extend lor.

Or maybe cos I wash it with the legendary mineral water from Punggol bus interchange? Hahaha.

Actually also can. After it break into 2, use a smaller drill bit (smaller than diameter of the screw), drill in, and turn the hand drill the opposite direction to turn out the screw lor.
