Check your exif which ISO you normally shoot at. 400/800 is better cuz can shoot night as well.

I can't help you with type of film... The last I used was APS donkey years ago. Hahaha.

But why shoot film? Digital lah... Film buy a couple and experiment onli loh.

BTW, your film cam got test test or not... Too old later got sticky shutter.
