Nice Evo shots..

You actually shoot with your camera mounted to the pole and outside the car :bigeyes:?

I like most of the 'standard' shots and the abstract parts-of-car ones, but i dislike some of those where you tilt until its almost 45 degrees... doesn't seem to serve much purpose and makes my neck hurt...

nice ride though :D and here i am taking public bus :(

How do you photoshop away the rig? That for me is the hardest part. If not I'd be doing rig shots every now and then.

Yup, for the moving shots, that's pretty much how it's done. :)

Hahah... you're a funny guy! :bsmilie:
Ok, I'll try to shoot straighter next time...

Did you use a circular polariser for the shots? Not sure if they would help reduce the unwanted reflections. Noticed the reflections on some of the shots esp on the glass. Nice shots nevertheless. Just my 2 cents.

It's not difficult. Really!

Consider the photo below, because of the natural motion blur - all that is needed is to spray over the rig with the background colour and duplicate parts of the bonnet for the reflection.

For some of my shots, there is no need to even DI out the rig because the rig isn't even in the photo!

I DID, but I was wondering why it didn't work that well. Erm, stupid question, but do I have to adjust it? Like turn it round and round? :kok:

Beautiful Shots

Those shots were great, excellent ...

But I do hope all the car number plates are masked, just to protect the Owner privacy.
Public forum so anyone can see, if you know what I mean

awesome, very nicely done rig shots. i love the post process and colors too.
the main pole doesnt rotate because those clamps are alittle slippery? or yr camera always hangs upside down?

Thanks for sharing. Some very nice shots. Red is a good choice of color.

We had been thinking of where to shoot about 2 weeks earlier, then both owner and myself had the exact same idea to gate crash the F1 venue. Not much other preps done, just turned up and did the shoot! :)
