I sold my 1000D cos i thought it din deliver nice pix quality for me, guess really my skill got problem la:angry:

1000D is really not bad, but limited as well. I wish I could afford a FF, so saving up for it.

wonderful pics was the 1000d specifically selected for its low weight on the alu rig?

It's was the only body I could afford when I was looking for a DSLR last year.
But your point is a valid one, I have considered the weight issue if I upgrade to a FF body - plus the lens, the FF combi would be really heavy.

For some reason, that entrance wasn't. People were walking up and down the straight, jogging, etc....

I have tried sitting on a bike, it's not so stable.
Also tried shooting from a convertible, and these are some of the results below ...
It's still a good option (but not good enough for me... hahah).

One must have steady hands, drive at exactly the same speed and shoot many shots, out of 5 maybe get 1 good shot.

ya, i got what you mean, the sightline is also higher. so a lighter camera and lens combination would be an asset .

Hi mate, thanks for your compliments. I don't shoot for magazines. Prefer to keep it with direct owners. So the shots you see on my site are all owners cars - but all paid jobs, with the exception of a few.

Direct owners pay on the spot. Magazines... errr... maybe never pay at all...
(I worked in 2 publication houses before so I know ...heheheh).
