I was lucky. It started raining during our dinner and last till the next day. If not will have gone to shoot sunrise.
It happened that during sunset, it was turning high tide. So we walked out about 500 metre to this location. If the tide came in earlier and was at its peak, the area where we were standing will be flooded as well.
#80 As fast as the sun sets, the tide also came in fast. Took this last shot quickly before going back to the "causeway".
#81 Going home after the visit.
#82 The peaceful streets in Mont St Michel. There were very few tourists staying back and all of them were having their dinner in the many restaurants.
Wow, lovely. thanks for sharing. How was the stay at MSM? wasn't it hard to carry luggage up? what a rare chance to see MSM at night.
BTW, the sunset colours a bit pushed overboard, i think. esp #79.

The stay was normal. It will be cheaper to stay on mainland instead.
We backpacked so it was ok. Anyway the hotels are all near the entrance so there is no steps.
Noted on the colors, think i over done on the saturation portion.
