EOS M5 coming before Photokina

Here the AF test of M5...pretty impressive at least for me
Without knowing which lens has been used and what the setup looks like (distance of the objects) this has limited meaning. Definitely faster than the M1, agreed.

Hi all who are interested in the EOS M5 I have personally tested this new bad boy out at the Canon Photo Marathon today.

Lens tested, EF-M mount, 24-70 L f/2.8 Mk 1, 70-200 f/2.8 Mk 2.

I must say I'm really impressed with the AF! Eventhough there are times it feels that the AF is slow, but the awesome thing is that it is still faster then the M3 by a ton!

I'll try to try to rush the video as the camera is targeted to arrive in abt a mth time.

So stay tune!

Please also help me to like & share the video guys

Love y'all

Already came. I have one in my hands right now. But 1st batch are limited as I know from the stall that I bought it from. Also I bought the last piece

Lucky you!
Thanks but no thanks. I had the item kind of booked way in advance when the news for the M5 broke out.

Anway, will not be going further in details abt that.

And there are way too many things abt the M5 that got to be reviewed. And I mean a lot!

Examples:
AF speed
Shutter
Stabilisation
Feeling
Flash burst
Customizing your camera*
E.g. being able to disable the auto exposure. It will feel like a mirrored dslr(rely on exposure meter), or use the auto exposure like all its previous mirrorless models where it will adjust the display to what settings you changed(iso, F, shutter)

Im still trying to compile it to a short version but seemed like too many already... but will still try [emoji5]

Yup his video is decent enough. Overall usages and daily uses. Thumbs up.

He should go into the details on why pay that big buck difference. 2x isn't small. Especially when there is no 4k video, no batt extender, no dual card slot, still aps-c, etc
