Still the 24.6 Megapixel Sensor is WOW , plus the price of it is About 1.8k USD
To me resolution is not an issue since i don't print anything larger than super 8R size, so even a 6-8MP sensor is gd enough.

Just a slight correction. The 5D2 was only launched around mid Sept 2008 making it less than a year old. So if you're waiting for it's successor, it'll be a 2 year wait if the 3 year cycle holds true. Another '6 months' of reason to get the 7D if it's indeed a reality.

Alternatively, look hard at the words on the lens under the 'Canon' word. Believe it says EF-S 18-55mm ?
Can't see myself.... but if its true, then likely sensor would be APS-C (1.6x) instead of APS-H (1.3x)..... or Canon did a big mod on the camera and 1.3x sensor could fit EF-S lens.... much like Nikon FF camera..... :think:

I am hoping that it is a 1.6 crop, and then use for birding. My existing lenses suddenly have a 1.6 TC added without image degrading.:bsmilie:

Think it just means you can view it from 160 degrees, no tilt as can be seen from the leaked photo. What caught my eye was the thing on the grip stock of the camera in the photo. Wonder what that is/does...
