ic, i was thinking if a group of us really interested n buy as group maybe a bit cheaper? 50 - 100 discount also not bad mah, can buy some filters etc etc....haha

Well... if you have a vertical grip... try holding the camera upside down... :bigeyes: The shutter button is on the left... BUT you will look very funny shooting with a camera this way... Ha ha ha... :bsmilie: :bsmilie: :bsmilie:

Actually what does "launch" mean? Does it mean it's available and on sale to the public?

I checked with the major stores. Up to now, none of the shops has pricing info. Cathay Photo staff INSISTED that it would only be on sale in late October or even early November.

For CP, maybe they have reserved all the initial stocks for their preferred customers, so it will not be available for sale "over the counter" until Oct/Nov?

I should not have gotten my 300D. Cos my wife sure can tell the diff between a silver camera & a black one..... :cry:
