What made u decide to use focus stacking to obtain better sharpness? Was it because of low visibility?

The foreground was very close.... The tripod height was I think 15 cm or so from ground, and I think the nearest object was around 20 cm away? Since I have tripod, there is no wind... Might as well do focus stacking instead of doing F/22 and hyperfocal focusing... Simple job anyways.

Focus stacking does not help with low visibility..

Oh. Thanks for the explanation. Learned something new!

lovely work as usual, great exposure control and thanks for the daily inspiration. what you wrote on flickr for Majestique which was a timely reminder for me to keep shooting and that the camera is only as good as the user behind it.
