That is a place that i walk pass everyday, i didn't know it can make a nice photo like this! Thumbs up for the photographer! :)

#46 mediocre scene most would pass by without much 2nd look, in the hands and eye of a good photographer can be so different. Thanks for sharing a very different part of JE. Nice timing on the light trails.

Hi there, thanks for the constructive comments.

Do you mean to crop off the left such that the corner starts from the MRT track lead-in line? I assume that's what you meant - in which case yes, that makes sense. Don't think can leave out all the trees completely.

Yes that would be good.

Hrm, this was taken at Hill Street Carpark, if I remember the name correctly. It's actually taken from the side of a building parallel to the river banks that you see in the photo (I'm sure you can picture if you're familiar with the place). Actually, I deliberately darkened that corner, as there was a tree there - if you save the photo and lift up the shadows you'd spot it in a jiffy.. Minimizing presence of the "dark water" would require moving further away from the road, I guess. I did take a few shots, but the angle of the bridge was not optimal, i.e. it would become more parallel to the horizontals. Given this scenario and the constraints - would you have any suggestion on how to overcome this?

I understand your rationale.

For #46, you could also try some dodging to brighten the dark trees as well as the backlit buildings, instead of cropping.

Very nice set. May I know where was #25 shot from?
