Yeah, I find it too heavy for my like.. carry 1 min ok, 10 mins still can managed, 1 hour? 4 hours? Just imagine a wedding photographer carry it for the entire day.. SIONG! :sweat:

Keke...without the VC-9 maybe still ok. But yah, will die doing a full day wedding shoot with D9! :sweat:

No joke, I had a backache using the D7 for a 4-hr shoot last week...weak lah :bsmilie:

UK is still using Sterling Pound ... that applies to Scotland as well... they just changed to Euro? :think:

I'm interested in D7...but I have a promise to myself that I'll only switch to D7 when I have a series of very proud photos taken with my D5 :cry:

Hmm...how did the MO for the 5600HS go? Sorry, I didn't follow the thread. I don't think it'll make much diff to MO in S'pore...it's so much more pricey compared to US. Hehe...u are talking abt $500 diff! Makes more sense to source overseas? :dunno:

I'm not the kind who's eqpt siao. It's a very huge investment for me to upgrade too. But then again, I've not upgraded my eqpt for the past 4 yrs...so I guess it's abt time? ;p

I guess the significant diff is the fast focusing and body weight. If you D7 users rave abt its fast focusing, then the D9 is a blast! And I definitely agree with Desmond on using D9 as a weapon...was playing with my friend's D9 last weekend...confirm will give me 3-days backache after shooting for 1 day! :bsmilie:
