Do you shoot RAW?

RAW always.
coz I'm a noob, and RAW allows me to correct my mistakes. (WB for example).

same :bsmilie:. Raw offers more flexibility. Since the time I know how to shoot and work with Raw.

i like the idea of shooting raw, especially being able to correct white balance and have done so on many an occasion. However I find I make use of the photos more that are shot in jpg. I always tend to procrastinate when it comes to developing raw photos especially since it takes quite a while to convert them. If I just choose a basic conversion and not spending time on each photo, I feel as if I have wasted the whole idea of shooting in raw! haha.....

I've become more of a fan of raw lately. Especially due to the limitations with some recent jpg files I've had to work with.

There isn't an option for choosing shooting in both raw and jpeg which I am doing.

I think you meant, "There is an option..."

RAW since GF-1 does good raw but bad JPEGs....

The logic is

Raw can convert to JPEG
JPEG cannot convert to Raw

So... better safe than sorry :embrass:

I used to think that shooting in raw is a waste of disk space. but ever since the one time I messed up my exposure and I happened to shoot in raw,the raw files was used to save my work, I like to shoot in raw ever since

same here, i stick to RAW the first time i screwed up my WB, how noob of me... lol

I m starting to shoot RAW+Jpeg. Jpeg is good if you know your camera well and know what setting to apply to get the best out.

If not do PP and RAW is the only saver. Enjoy shooting.
