mmm… :think: never notice that. I believe that "58" designates the size of the screw thread so a WC-DC85N would be REALLY BIG dah! :sweat:

mmm… I thought G3 uses the 52mm adaptor, but never mind it all works. Maybe she has the Lensmate aluminium adaptor, much better than the Canon one (made of plastic) and in a nice black colour. Canon adaptor is in yucky champagne *puke*

Well, its just a piece of tube for you to mount filters/converters on. So why worry so much over its colour?

Btw,... where can I get the 52mm lens cap huh? I prefer those side clip one.
(like to get one to cover the 52mm UV filter)

lens cap can get from Cathay, $5 for no brand. works fine anyway.

arowana, your TC-DC58N already comes with a cap. This 58mm cap will fit your other filters.

heh, the TC-DC58N comes with TWO caps in fact. one for the front, the other for the back. and interestingly this rear cap has a inner 52mm rim which allows it to also cap the back of the LA-58B adaptor. So if you permanently leave the TC on the adaptor, the caps can still be used to cover the back of the adaptor (because Canon kiam karna, adaptor comes without cap :devil: ). My other Lensmate adaptor comes with a rear cap :thumbsup:
