i'm beginning to suspect that the user interface design team has been taken over by a bunch of monkeys! being human i guess we are rather resistant to changes... but the UI just doesn't work for me.... but i think the full screen feature rox! try pressing f11 key you'll know what i'm saying :)

Full screen has been around for some time already, is the IE7 full-screen different or something ?

No the full screen feature is not new. Some users may think it's new cause IE7 will autohide the menu bar by default, whereas in IE6, you had to specifically tell it to autohide.

What IS new is that you can get IE7 to zoom in on the web pages by selecting the size in the lower right corner of the IE7 window. This is different from IE6's feature of increasing/decreasing the text size as IE7 actually enlarges/reduces the size of the graphics as well and I must add that the zooming is quite nicely done cause the graphics are nicely smoothed out

Vista is good

Installed IE 7 and played with it. I Uninstalled it within 5 mins. Hate it.

huh. Safari have since version 1.0 liao leh. FF also have since the days of 1.5 if I'm not wrong.

If you're referring to the page zooming feature, FF only enlarges the fonts, not the graphics.

Ha! Ha! It's really amazing how much we can learn about an application and grow to hate it in 5 mins. :bsmilie:

I don't like anything MS dishes out and forces us to use.

Oh for the days of workbench.

Linux is a cool alternative. (but the whole PC structure is wasted).

MS does has her merits and contributions to the PC industry

yeah. for some reasons, dominant subjects often get hated for some reasons, and it oftens comes with support for less dominant alternatives. like microsoft-linux, p a p-opposition, elites-non elites, etc etc etc....... and this argument always come with no surprise: "abusing their powers".

well.....dunno if that's a good thing or not. forced equality(faults on non-dominants) or abusive dominants(faults on the dominants)?
