Kriegster replied quite sternly in D90 thread? ;)

Actually I really wasn't certain if r09 was an error code or the remaining buffer shots. Maye didn't have my brain functioning fully when I replied to that post. Hehehe

Normally I see a bigger number than '09' as the remaining buffer.
And that number doesn't appear until you half-press the shutter release.

I know that Nikon has a fault code appearing as well should there be problem with the camera. I suppose they wouldn't use 'r'... :dunno:

The max I ever saw was 7 or 8 I think. Error code should be at the top LCD right?

Just tried fitting old lens to body... (didn't lock a switch on the lens so that I can see where the error shows).... Smilies correct, top right hand corner of top screen... mine shows up a blinking "FEE" error...

So if there is error - it will surely blink... FE is probably the code, not "r" At first I thought it would be ERR...being so long never used the old lens...

Got so much buffer meh?? Mine used to be 8 or 9 i think. But aft switching to RAW+ JPEG Fine(L), became 3 or 4 only. Haha

You're using what SD card?

Nothing to do with SD card... trying setting the lowest possible resolution with JPEG only... :) Doesn't mean you can shoot 21 frames per sec hor (a reminder...lol)... just means your buffer will take a longer time to run out...

Where the aperture is showed right? I remember cause sometimes I switch on the camera without a lens. Then there will be the error.

Oh. I thought if you're using a faster and better SD card the buffer might be more
