think he shld have at least do a proper write up, rather than put DOP, which is so wrong already, he cld post by saying, need budding new cameraman whose willing to try out.... take it as charity or a so call TFCD style, food and transport will be provided.... hahahaha.. at least straight to the point... heheheheh

Which makes me think the production is not going to be "award winning"... probably someone's pet project... sound like a bunch of inexperienced newbies.

I'm not even in the industry and he sounds worse than me. LOL.

Yup, went to shoot the stinkie flower...reached there already, LL... started to rain...

Ended up shoot flower then hang around at the shelters... the squirrels were just right up the tree next to the shelter!

Btw, stinkie flower no smell one leh...maybe wanna wither already, smell also gone...

I cropped about 20-30% off to recompose - more to centralise and get rid of surrounding distracting elements. Also, original image was ISO 500, so image was darker - when I lightened it up, the noise will creep in. Plus I didn't use any noise reduction - will leave it to the Ninja when I do get it!

I see. Still a nice shot though. Noise ninja costs about how much ar? There are free NR tools available right?

Here's one right off the camera, no PP, no cropping, ISO at 800... But I didn't quite like the composition due to too many distracting elements...

Head a bit blurr due to it rapidly chomping off the flowers, but rear body sharper. Can see it's crooked front teeth... lolz

Can't remember... can google for it...but less that US$100 I think. Have to order online, no local sellers that I know off... Haven't tried any free NR tools yet...

Don't get me wrong, folks... I'm sure this lens is sucky because it is heavier and way overkill than the 28-300 or 70-300 for this kind of usage. In good hands, I've no doubt the latter lenses can deliver crispier images than this! I'm just happy that with the 2x teleconv, the images are still acceptable (to me that is)...
