btw kriegs, since you already seem to have researched a lot on your poison, any big difference with the 70-200 VRI and VRII? not counting the nano-coating and what-nots, in terms of IQ, handling, compatibility issues, etc? real-world stuff, not technical. any other bros who used both before and can input?
Bro, just see some of the P&P threads also like Porno mah.... kekeke
thanks for the input bro. yep, VRI still iconic in terms of appearance.easily recognizable. but its a trade-off of budget/performance/value for money for me
hmmm.. that's why they have extension tubes, close up lens etc ma..cos sometimes it's good when for those who wanna try out macro but doesnt wish to get a dedicated macro lens..
hmmm.. so close up.. kind of restricted during wedding.. no?![]()
time to sell my trusted 24-70 and get sigma... hahahahahahahaahah
sell... get sigma 85 f/1.4 and spare cash for wireless... ;p BBB!!!
wireless nah, patiently waiting for pocketwizard nikon version... 1/8000 sync speed, outdoor no more prob man...
too much poison in here........................
Well, I understand if you use 50mm f/1.8 to use it as macro coz it's dirt cheap... However, 300 f/4 not exactly a cheapo lens leh... :bsmilie: what's the secondary usage besides macro?
Ask Pasay, he was the one who showed me a pro photographer using the 70-200 for portrait shoots. Actually, though very tight, it still allows you to get closer from afar... Head and upper shoulder shoot with good bokeh also. It depends on your angle and perspective of course. I think any fast prime / zoom is good as long as you know how to utilise the FL well...
how much do you think it will cost? Out of curiosity that is... still undecided between wireless or wired... :bsmilie:
dude, its shld cost among the range of $300++ onwards.
here a not so pro example from a non pro photog, using the 70-200vr2 at f4 on a d300s..
