Cityscape? are you kidding...

Highway 1 from SF and LA is just natural landscape after landscape non-stop. Will last thousands of sunrise shooting.

Not to mention, monterey, 17-mile drive (pebble beach), carmel, santa cruz, big sur, Napa valley, tiburon, dude... the list goes on and on and on...

Agree with DD. California scenery is jaw-dropping. Yosemite alone, I could camp there a few days at least!

Bro don't like that leh...

I miss the Monterey Coast so much.
Should go there with the low US$ nowadays.

If we ever got chance to visit US together, I will bring you all to the less known places to shoot sunsets... west coast baybeh.

Bro... everywhere in US is landscape, perfect for sunrise/sunset anytime... the thing is, where are the most "featured" landscapes... lets not put sunrise and sunset too much into perspective...coz... 20 days, how many days can you really dedicate to sunset/sunrise? Especially when you're on the move?? :bsmilie: Not forget to mention that you need to rest and sleep late from all the driving... need to be a bit realistic for travel... If you live there, now that's a different story all together... :-)

Eh guys, I wont be able to make it for the studio shoot liao. Still got prayers to settle for grandpa. So sorry, ZCA lemme know how much is my share, i'll still xfer it to you. Sorry for the last min changes.

It's ok la. Family matter cannot make you pay. If 9 people we share equally. No worries! ;)

the ones I mentioned are the featured landscapes mah..

17 mile drive
carmel
santa cruz
big sur

There are short cuts there. No need to take the entire highway 1.

If you drove through around Oregon... I trust you'll change your statement... I've been to Seatle Washington, Mount Rainier, etc, etc also... landscape wise...no where in US beats the diversity of different natural landscape themes in Oregon... all in one state!

Haha... I don't want to get into a serious debate... I know bro DD123 has his sentiments for SF and LA. And mine for Oregon. Each to his own. :)

Well... imagine how bored the east coasters are.. :bsmilie:

The entire west coast is just beautiful.. that includes washington state and oregon.

True true... but I think eastern states have their colourful autumn colours to boast about...

The worse part is... my wife would say all the beautiful US states are nothing (she who intro-ed me to all these places)... compared to the Fjords of Norway (yep, she's been there, most of eastern and western Europe as well...)... that one, she says is HEAVENLY... better than New Zealand ones some more....

Just recently, Amazing Race episode featured a bit of that... that alone is eye-candy enough...

Number one... can you reach there by yourself or would require the help of guides? By car? :)

I know much of China is undiscovered beauty.... but much is also unaccessible by oneself without the help of guides...although that is slowly opening up...
