Actually, if you want to include your tripod, your best bet is with Kata I think

Hahaha if you are gonna be using the wireless trigger, and flash in manual mode, you can buy those cheap Yongnuo flashes similar effect, just a bit more guesswork atthe beginning.
I also admitted to akerue that i've been "spoilt" by Nikon TTL.
