when i was asking ard, a sales guy from CP recommended this Slik brand... but i dun see many ppl in CS using dat...

For sirui tripods there is a bundle price for tripod+ballheads. The cheapest model in sirui is T1004 + G10 Ballhead at 180 bucks, 195 if you choose the G20 ballhead. And yes the T1004 is an aluminium tripod.

A ballhead is flexible. You can take diagonal shots, while the ballhead locks in place to keep your camera stable. Also, do note tt not all tripods come with heads, be it pan heads or ball heads or what so ever. You have to pay another price.

Not really beginner, it's cheaper than N2204 and R2204 mainly because they're made of CF. The maximum load they can take and the full height after deployment is probably different as well.

Hehe then its time to get a new tripod. A D90 is a lot heavier than a PNS, and dont trust ur 1k++ camera on a cheapcheap tripod. Invest in a good one! :bsmilie:




Sis it depends on where you live ba. For sunrise i normally try to reach the place by 6am or so to start setting up. First buses normally start at 5.30am or so, so it depends on how far away you live from the place. For me i live in yew tee, and sunrise are mostly pretty far away, so if i gonna catch a sunrise i'll just cab down.
