Any idea what is the function of the block with usb port? Is that a microSD slot next to it?

Response time very quick, wifi connection fast and consistent (a little lag when I press 'record', but probably due to my very old phone).
App is good and very well designed. Can easily take out phone and use for other apps while switching back to the DJI Go app when necessary!

Thanks for answering many of my questions! Tried the X3 briefly. Noticeably better than Hero4 for low light.
What you show below is the OSMO with X5 Pro. X5 pro records to SSD, so the block you see is where the SSD resides and at the same time you can insert a standard highspeed micro SD card which the X5 can write to simultaneously. X5 Pro records 4:2:2 natively. so far I don't think any compact video camera can do that yet. This combi, you are looking at a $8K setup.

2) Does it come with the new DJI mike that is given out free elsewhere?
3) I see some folks selling their Osmo after just a few weeks. Is there something about the product that fails to meet with expectations?
