'Disappointed with NSC ' thread closed??Why?

That thread was started as the TS have an issue with NSC and that issue was later resolved between NSC and the TS, that's why it was closed. The thread have served it's purpose, so no point keeping the thread open as it may degress.
I don't think there's anything "fishy" or if anyone was offended which cause the thread to be closed. If there is, the thread would have been delated before it even have a chance to see daylight :bsmilie::bsmilie:.

Just because some people got good service doesn't mean others cannot get bad service.
it's just like the china milk scam
=> 1 million people drink their milk no complains, so close case on the 50 that reported problems?
Trying very hard to protect reputation?
It doesn't matter if 100000 people here had good service.
It doesn't matter if NSC solved the issue, someone had a bad experience and resolving the issue doesn't change that fact that it was a bad experience.

posting this type of thread under Equipment discussions seems out of place. what/which parts of a equipment is/are specifically discussed at length. i only read about poor/undesired service levels. perhaps, under Consumer services seem more appropriate if it is intended to be an alert to potential and existing consumers anout it.
It;s true it's really btwn the thread starter n NSC but if it's settled as such ,why put in on the forum?The forum;s an open place unless there's inflammatory remarks,bias against religions,race,etc.
Might as well call NSC in person n not post on the internet.Once out in cyberspace,there shd be a fair amount of democracy to everyone o chip in n read unless one treads on sensitive n taboo regions.

i personally went to nikon service centre just now to pick up a broken flash that i decided not to repair (not worth it).. was too busy to collect it and left it there for more than six weeks
whilst some people would think i look young, and prone to being treated less seriously, the nsc staff (a malay guy) served me professionally, and even asked me if i wanted a carrier for the broken flash. assessment of the flash was free of charge.
a guy beside me was sending in his camera body for sensor cleaning. the lady told him it would be done in 20 minutes.
so at least my experience today, my 3rd visit to the NSC, is a pleasant one.

Too super busy (lately) to pop into CS. Yes I close that thread. And if there is any feedback there is a proper thread for it. Not here. Anyway....
Members have already given their opinions and explained. As many have stated this type of thread will be closed as once there is resolution.
Though this is a equipment discussion not a place to air grouses or complaints, I still allowed some slack for discussions but not a free for all and bashing session.
