Anyway back to topic, I chose a 6 and not 5R because coming from a 1st gen NEX-3, I don't really miss the touch screen controls. And the 6 has a slightly bigger grip which makes holding the camera more comfortable, especially when using the longer lenses.
Also, I have found the EVF to be very useful, especially in daylight when the overhead glare makes it very hard to compose shots on the LCD. I have taken many shots overseas only to find out the focus is not exactly there (esp when shooting wide open). The evf helps to stabilize the cam and also see clearly in bright conditions.

i chose 5R coz flipping the screen to take self portrait is useful to me.
plus in video mode, touch screen can change focus point just by touching the spot. cool!
5R price update:
HN at parkway 1040. 2 sd card, 4gb and 8gb but not class 10. as usual, battery, tripod, bag etc
bought at best denki parkwat instead at 1100. coz more goodies. 2 sd card- 8 gb class 10. plus battery, filter, dry box, monopod, a leather bag, and a cooking pan!!!!
