My friend recently attended "Artistic Portraits" Studio Sessionand taken nudes photograph. Just curious, where and which lab or shop in Singapore can develop nudes photograph??

Any rules and regulation for it?? Will he break the LAW?

i wonder if the developer will keep a copy. if they are professional they ought not to but sometimes its too good that they have to keep one. (just my thoughts)

saw at some studios before with artistic photos. but i think the photographer have his own dark room.

My friend develop on his own last time, in a school dark room ;p

I only heard such there are places which guarantee such privacy in US but not singapore. Anyone?

Perhaps the easy way out is to go digital and print it yourself (if you are willing to use a non-professional type solution).

If all you want is develop the flim, try to pull a fast one with any shop. Just ask how long it takes to develop without prints, usually they say an hour. Then ask them to develop only. Be back in less than an hour and collect it. They may not actually see your shots, right? Or do they.

if its b/w, u can do it yourself

but if its colour one then dunno liao..

if u find a shop that does colour developing for nudes and guarantee privacy, PM me hor :D

A "Develop Only" (aka DO in the shops) can be done in 20 minutes. :)

Ok, then be back in 20mins and get it. Think if you goto one of those chain shops like Photo Finish, usually attended by female stuff, they won't be bothered to keep copies, right?

Oh, that 20 minutes IS a Photo Finish outlet. Bugis branch to be exact. $4 only. Yeah, they are attended by female staff. But when they cut and file your negatives, they *might* just see what's on it.

that is right, hor. So our friend Skyboy has found his solution.

Actually, no one has said anything about it being legal or not. Since it is art, I guess it should be legal. Provided the staff at the lab is over 21. Of course the customer has to be over 21 too..

Just give it a try lah... do it and worry later...

I don't think so that anyone would bother about it... Singaporean are all so 'kia see'

so Skyboy, ask your friend to give it a try lor. Tell us about it later.

Hopefully the police won't be waiting there for you...:dent:

Actually tried the fast develope without print method at kodak outlets, sad to say my last try failed.

The few artistic nude negs kena cut off from the rest, so asked the female staff why so.

Then they say this material is not to be developed, even negs.
And they said that the negs were cut off and discarded.

That is the reply i got.
;(
