We should all write to Ikelite to request for a better port locking system ya

"Thank you for the inquiry. The Ikelite port lock system has been used for many years, and it remains very dependable. It is not possibly for the port to simply drop out at the surface when the port locks are secured in position. The housings cannot accommodate two additional port locks.


Ikelite offers replacement Super-Eye viewfinder assembly 9335.23 for the E510 housing. Please contact your Ikelite dealer to special order this replacement viewfinder assembly.

Hard lah, unless you can machine the housing w/o damaging it, then might be able to add in additional port locks. But also don't know how additional port locks will affect the fitting of the 8" dome. :dunno:
