Thanks Fotophilic,daredevil123, olvatinemilo, and the rest for their input.
I've been using a workplace D90 for the last couple of weeks, and quite happy with the results. Will be kind of sad switching over from Olympus to Nikon (more about how much I spent on my current setup), but parts and upgrades are quite hard to find at a decent price here in Thailand (and Singapore for that matter... was told by a camera shop in Singapore, which shall remain nameless, that the E620 was OBSOLETE in quite rude terms when I was there in December last year)
Grip-wise as some posters have mention might be an issue, but the D90's grip fits quite well in my hand. As for going for the D7K right away, I'm really sorry to tell you, but it is a bit out of my price range (any sponsers over there?
) As for noise, I make it a point to keep the ISO level down to a minimum... like L1.0 or at most ISO 400. NR shouldn't be a problem with me. What I do have is the fact that the VR isn't built into the body. Would really love to see Nikon go that way... One can wish, right.
Anyway, thanks again for all the advice
