Just to share my experience with this online shopping website
Looked at website, viewed contact info. said to call phone number for assistance
1st call - Guy with english accent "Im busy with customer, leave your number and ill call you back in 30mins"
2 hours later, no call. so i called back
2nd call - Same Guy "Hi, what can I do for u"
Me "I wanna check availability of this lens"
Guy "Pls purchase online" *in a rushing tone*
Me "I will, but I just need to know if I can get it from your shop"
Guy "Yes, pls purchase online" *rushing to put down the phone*
Me "I need it quite urgently so can I collect from your shop later if theres stock available now"
Guy abit frustrated "Yes I know but please purchase online"
so I followed his direction and purchased online... few minutes later received an online message reply. stock will be available in few days and will contact me. therefore i emailed him saying i need it quite urgently and wasnt told that I gotta wait that long assuming that he has available stocks. he replied, new stock coming in tomorrow 12noon and will reply me back asap.
everything still seems ok but then. STILL NO REPLY. so I online msg him again at 3pm whether the stock has arrived. and still no reply!
this kind of service seriously...
and yes im ranting here but the main point is to share with other csers on the attitude and the waiting time for the purchased products in DDelectronics. if the website could have mentioned or that rude english man would have told me that there is this waiting time, I would not have wasted my time waiting.
after such experience, I have learnt my lesson and will not save that few bucks to get such attitude and customer service. simply ruined my day.
