That time I buy.. the price range was about 380 range..

Sim Lim Square got sell.. just that have to source which shop sell cheaper or offer better pricing..

Hiho Skylover,

Not sure if you missed my post regarding the 11-16 you've found being a weebit on the high side. Unless the price includes a good piece of neutral glass protector, I'd urge you to ask around again... not that hard actually.

Must be the "S" in both your nicks that got me confused... :bsmilie:

Yeah, ask around... I think one you found is a tad...urm... too much... :bsmilie:

thanks. it was helpful! and thanks for the pm as well. when I looked at the price list I was :sweat:ing...

Well, develop a habit of shopping for prices. I've already "registered" a list of useful phone numbers on my HP whenever I'm on a hunt for lenses.

Tokina 11-16mm was on my consideration list before I went for my current UWA, hence I'm quite familiar with the current prices... When I saw you lao nua at 1069... my expression went: :o !

Second Tok 11-16mms can go as low as 800 to 850 I think... Consider hard hard..

there's a "perspective correction" function in GIMP.
Symbol looks like a trapezium... :)

i'm not really 'qualified' to teach PP, in case I teach the wrong things :embrass:

For the perspective correction in GIMP, if you have buildings leaning inwards (keystone effect), grab the 'handles' at the top corners and pull them outward bit by bit. But if you pull a lot, then the buildings will look 'squashed', so you have to pull upwards too...

haha.. i think none us are qualified but at least we have some knowledge here and there. Which I think it maybe a good idea to share around. There's no right or wrong to how to do it. There are just too many function that is available to use but we may not know all of them. What is important is the end product is what we want ba..:angel:

sorry skylover. I have to correct you. You say all got at least some knowledge? Wrong. I know nothing. Other then cropping which I learnt through MS Paint. :bsmilie:

hmmm. so the perspective correction will definitely include some of the sky right? place with projector... a little difficult. haha
