Bro, hahha..you can try...I am not landscape shooter. Hence, wouldn't be poison.

But I am quite keen on the 28mm f1.8. Good price & good lense. I must say.

I would recommend on AF 50mm f1.4 or f1.8 non D version all in AF version is works as well.
Or AF 35-70mm f2.8D or non D.

Why non-D? I have 50mm f/1,4D. Not bad actually.

Based on yr previous post, I thought you do not recommend AF-D lenses...which I thought 50mm f1.4D is not bad for it's technology...relatively sharp.

He he once you got the G version then just look back on D or non D to find up the best result.

Both I have & only I can without the big brother for 85mm f1.8G.
Cause I not need 85mm for the 50mm can be do the same bokeh.

Agreed with you, i sold my 85mm f1.8G few week ago.
Just sold my 35mm f2, its the time for 28mm f1.8G, but dont know where got stock and the price still high i heard

so far those who bought it have been very positive with their reviews.
u might want to rent it and try it out first to see if it suits ur shooting style.

Distortion on 28mm f1.8G is just minor only to compare the zoom lens on 16-35 or 24-70mm.

Maybe you can refer the 28mm f1.8G previous thread.
