You can get it at Alan Photo. But their price is based on RRP. So I won't be afraid to get from ah Beng shop as long as the price is the same.

But I don't understand y shops are not putting up the items on the shelf... SLS is one place I dare not uy shops that has no reputation... Dunno if may end up kenna con or bullied or beat up...

Wow, that's fast. Two units of D800e being snapped up in the afternoon. I was still contemplating. Ha ha. Now no need to think. I can sleep well.

my screen is still at default factory settings, comparing to the image above, the LCD screen is brighter and more contrasty
it seems to have a slight yellow tint on the highlights but the shadow areas are ok, let me adjust it first and update.

actually hor, i come from film and shoot slow, i plan to shoot even slower with the D800, make full use of the DR
so i will bracket. the LCD is only a visual guide for me, best to check the histogram instead

So far I'm only able to get at SRP. Is yours that price too?
