Try artworkfoto and sgcamerastore. They have a slight wider range of 3rd party grips.

Btw how does 3rd parties fare against original nikon grip? Apart from the material and built, any interfacing issues? Functionalities? Etc?

Able to enlighten me? Thanks.

3rd party grips are made to suit Canon more than Nikon. When you turn the dial to the right on your body, the shutter speed increases. But for 3rd parties, you turn it to the right to decrease it. The dials are reversed, and there's no known solution due to the build of the grips. People have also tried to disassemble it themselves and add or remove a gear, but still can't.

I hope so... Do you like know right away that you're holding the grip rather than the body? Like is there a significantly different feel to it?

What 3rd party is good then? I heard phottix is nice.

Also, I'll be getting a dry cabinet soon coz of CNY (ang bao coming $.$). I need to store D7k w/ grip, 18-105, 70-300, 50 1.8D and SB900. Is 30L enough?

No problem, that's provided you won't buy more stuff in the future, if not 30l won't be enough in the future, just get a 50l to standby haha

50 1.8D – $180
Sigma 18-200 – $430 (suppose non-motor since D7000 has built-in motor)

$1998-$180-$430=$1388

$1388 is roughly the price of a D7000 body. They're just making you buy the extra sigma 18-200 (btw this has no stabilisation) and 50 1.8D by giving you a tiny little $12 discount.

never knew there's a show there at suntec. and that's terribly cheap.

50 1.8D – $180
Kata bag – let's suppose this is a shoulder bag, which should be around $80?
$1698-$180-$80=$1438

Someone tell me what the freebies are?
