One more thing to add..
During my hunting of D7000 in Funan, I intentionally 'Siam' the Bally Shp as I've heard a lot of unpleasant incidents with them.

But i unintentionally bought fr them!

Bcos when I was making my payment where the Nikon Booth's cashier n collection pt r located, I got a shock to see a Bally Photo sign displayed right behind the cashier!

So Bally Photo is the Authorised dealer for Nikon Singapore? Only Bally photo has stock?? I'm puzzled..

By the way, I've done a thorough check on the Cam n warranty. It is a genuine set. In case some may ask...

What's wrong with Bally anyway? I've heard about them being notorious, but never knew why

They cut foreigner like carrot, if u dun do ur homework and buy from them, u may end up buy $200 Hoya UV filter.

If u did try ur luck at Bally in funan, u might get a set. Btw, i think they are authorized dealer for Nikon.

Last IT show was under A L photo. Wise still memory card faulty got to take a trip down to Sim Lim change another card .

My advice is UPGRADE!!

Haha. Seriously though before you splash out a 4-digit sum for a new body, why do you want to upgrade? Is there something that the D3K cannot do that you need? E.g. do you shoot a lot in low-light and the D3K is too noisy?

My own take is to buy a smaller camera like a GX1 to supplement the D3K. I have a GF3 and later an X100 so that I have small, light alternatives to the D7K.

My advice is, if you don't know, don't upgrade. Be sure why you want the D7000 over the D3000 and then seek advice in specific aspects of comparison between the 2.
