Hahaha fret not it wasn't against you. Nobody managed to see the subtle sarcasm I meant haha.

Hercules grip owners, do you have trouble with the camera detecting the battery in grip?

Mine detected it once, and after that is no longer detecting it. Although the grip is still working (can shoot with it), but it won't detect the original en-el15 in it... :(

Oh wait, crappy thing. Only the shutter button works now... The dials are not responding... 1st time using it at sentosa flowers and it's 'dead'. Oh my god....

Seems like its a loose connector problem. :(
The locking nut is tightly in place, grip hardly movable, but detection doesn't work that good. Hardly can get anything else other than shutter button working. :(

Tough ah. I have an AC.Maxx glass protector but it's also scratched by my belt.

Just a quick question, anybody knows where can I get an eyecup replacement?

Original preferred but will consider 3rd party ones too.

Stores like SGCameraStore and Artworkfoto will hold 3rd party ones. Original I'm not too sure, but can try Funan

You can get original from Cathay, Alan, TK & SLRR. Camera workshop has a couple but their price is worst than NSC.

Went to find one today, almost all the above mentioned stores either do not have or are not open.

I think I will just get mine from ebay~

it's sunday ~.~ and these shops usually close around 7 or 8

Called SGCameraStore and Melvin adviced me to bring my camera along for testing. He did a 1 to 1 exchange on the spot for me.

The 'new' grip is looking good. Will test intensively tonight. haha

I'm now a very happy man! :bsmilie:
