Hi Fellow D7K Champions

I have submitted the list of confirmed buyers to the dealer this evening.

There are many different items per person. To ensure no disappointment, the dealer will contact you personally via yr mobile to confirm the items you are ordering, address all your enquiries and advise you the price of the special items some of you are interested. If you want to change any items you ordered earlier or have any new items you want to buy, which is not highlighted in my post above, plse update the dealer when they call you.

The size of the buyers is very big. The dealer will also discuss the following
1) The dealer will suggest pick up your toy at their biggest store that carries the widest selection of photography kits, which is location H. They want to ensure the logistics is well managed and they have knowledgeable sales ppl to assist us over there.

2) The dealer also requests a initial deposit of $200 from each one of us. In case they pre-order over 30 Nikon D7k sets from Nikon, and the whole group backs out and move to another dealer. Rem deposit No more than $200.

The dealer is interested in our biz. Rem to negotiate on the above. for eg you may pay a deposit to the location nearest to you. Wait for their call.

The answers to some common enquiries i received
Nikon 55-200 is confirmed VR.
Digi Cab 30l (its digi db36, not 36l)

Until the last min, I was still nagging at the dealer to throw in more PWP items as follows. I am not sure if the pricing are cheaper than the IT show. No point upgrade your free 8 gb card, because its value-less to the dealer.
Sandisk Extreme SDHC Class 10 8 Gb = $35 (GST included)
Sandisk Extreme SDHC Class 10 16 Gb = $69 (GST included)
Anyone who bought the above cards recently at IT show, can advise if the prices are better than the price offered at the IT show.

So far, no dealer i dealt with can offer a better deal than the one we get. Many others either cant or dont want to match the prices. While one or two can match the prices, they cant match the PWP and the nikon batteries freebies. Suggest you take advantage of the nikon battery freebies or buy the nikon battery.
