It's the new Piezo drive from Tamron, supposed to make focusing faster and more quiet.

hmm ... i got a SB-600 which is quite good and it sells currently around 300+ lol

SB900 Is still the way to go if you are shooting full time lol (More pro looking Flash also lol)

Hi Jianzhi & blurboi, thanks for the recommendation. I think i will go for SB600 :D

ok, thx guy.. will go bring it home soon.. hehe

Erm may i know what will be the best wide angle lens for landscape (D7000)? Please kindly advice. Thanks in advance. ;)

Does that mean D700?? hahaha... nope.. not into full frame at the moment. I suggest that to Cowseye actually....

I read somewhere that this lens is not that fast, due to f6.3 at far end. think either get this or remain at 18-105mm and get a 70-300mm? Is nikkor 18-200mm ok also?

Kirk, dun fall into the do it all lens trap. Unless you really need the convenience, dun waste money on it. My personal advise is, if u are shooting locally, u might want to consider a 70-200 F/2.8 from sigma. For traveling, a 70-300mm VR is a lightweight choice for far reach. I'm using a 70-300mm VR but am also eyeing on the 70-200mm.
