I thought that cameras bought overseas can have their tourist limited warranty converted to local full warranty ?

that is for Sony camera. dun think Nikon have this service.

BTW... HK prices already shooting up as high as 20%... SG pricings will following very soon. Not sure if you will be able to get the same pricings in JB now... Good luck.

MeeToo in Plaza Angsana, going by 2nd link is the fastest. Quote was RM5990, look for Sim, they normally only stock 1-2 set in the shop so do call them first . There's 1 more branch just opposite Jusco Tebrau but not sure whether price is the same. Foto Berlian quote is RM6888.
Actually going via causeway is also very fast. straight road, one turn, some more straight road and you are there. Last time we were there, there were around 4-5 sets there. One set reserved and we bought two. And the price quoted above is strictly cash price.

i think it aint wrong, while everyone knows prices will be up, the new price they gave was the average prices floating for a few months..... better than CP as its 3150/-
same i also heard a new D900 or D800s in around 2 years.... syiok...
