D700 user...fall in!!!

Guys i think u got me wrong...the 30mm f1.4 is a digital lens meants for cropped sensor...FX cannot use...
thats why i'm still keeping the D300 becoz of the 30mm f1.4
Nikon have a 35mm F2...but its only f2 and i need the f1.4 so no choice...hafta use the D300 instead of D700

Actually, u have a choice. Get a D3x can solve both problems. :bsmilie:

But come to think of it, who in the right of mind will buy a D3x...... :think:

I get Nikon AF-S 24-85mm f3.5-4.5G, Nikon AF 28-105mm f3.5-4.5D & Nikon AF 28-200mm f3.5-5.6D. Trying to save money after getting D700. Total: 1.2K

Lenses that I have before getting D700 and not going to sell. Nikon AF 35mm f2D, Nikon AF 50mm f1.8D, Sigma 20mm f1.8D EX DG & Sigma 70-300mm f4-5.6D APO.

50 x 1 = 50mm

hope u understand.. u can always sell and get nikon 50mm F1.4~

I was so impressed by this camera that I didn't mind switching from Canon to the dark side, and the first images I took with my puny 35mm/f2 convinced me that I would have no regrets.

This is one camera that can last a longgg time (minor nitpicks aside).

14-24 = $2350
24-70 = $2250
70-200 = $2350
SB-900 = $549 (if you buy together with D700)

Total = $12,149
