Perhaps to compete more effectively against Canon's newly released 6D?

I think all have the potential to develop it.Why they drop the price ? Is these are the one that having a Spot/Oil Issue ?
Haha yeah, too bad I can't benefit from it.
For Nikon that being order from online ... if need to service can we still send to Local nikon Service Center ?

Haha, I mean I do not need to have 2 sets. 1 is more than enough for me
I bought at much much higher price, but I have got no regrets buying it then as I have made full use of it for the past few months.

For one, I wished the VF is 100% and also uses the same design with VF cover like the D7/800/single digits D.
I thought the D600's Viewfinder coverage is 100%? From this link:Hi D600 users.
Anything you really like about the camera or anything you felt can be improved further?
(Let's not talk dust).

If the design is same, we can use DK-19 for eye-cup.
The D600's viewfinder offers 100% coverage and 0.7x magnification, offering the same viewing experience as the considerably more expensive D800 and D4. Viewfinder accessories for those cameras won't fit though - the D600's finder is framed with a rectangular eyecup, like the D7000 and D300S.
It IS 100% coverage isn't it?

On a side-note, i feel theres quite a bit of learnit curve coming from d80. When using 35mm @f2, the dof is really so shallow tat sometimes by recomposing, the focus has already shifted. Anyone has tips for me?
