I would recommend the original one for ~$300, it's not that much compared to the camera body.

If you buying this camera, my advice is to buy with local warranty set.
Other items, feel free to buy from TG. Have not heard of a single complain in their 2 years of operation. I have gotten 2 lenses from them before. All is good.

TG does say that sensor cleaning is covered under their warranty though..if thts a consideration..?

Not a fussy user myself, I go NSC only when sensor gets very dirty, and doesn't go away with blowing. But my usage have seen me there, coming to 4th time soon.
If there's an update or recall, I do believe they will fix all Cameras regardless local set or not. But I just don't wanna take a bet. This is my advice as a user myself. Weigh the pros and cons, then decide if you wanna buy from TG. Either way, they are a reliable company based on past experiences.
