Rumours NIKON 18-300mm on its way ...
Hi guys,
got another query that needs your advice!
I've been facing problems for my continuous shot for my d5100.. though it can go up to 3-4 fps, but when i shoot it shoots at most 1.5 fps even at high shutter speeds like 1/1000.. wonder if there is anything wrong with my settings.. care to share your settings?
Also, does the Class of the SD card play a part in the continuous speed, or does it affect the buffer top-up time only?
Was totally cui-ed when i saw the d5100 going at 3fps in this video : lynda.com tutorial | Shooting with the Nikon D5100âContinuous mode - YouTube
Thanks![]()

When i shoot human portraits, I prefer to shoot JPG as i trust the camera more. However, when i shoot birds, i would shoot RAW as the surrounding environment always fool my camera and i do not have the time to adjust my setting at all when on field.

Hmm mostly for me I'm shooting in jpg, but currently shooting in raw (test test) haha
Oh, ok. What kind of editing can i do with RAW format pictures?
