Agree... My camera has always been stuck on "A" mode, not Auto but "Aperture Priority"Guys... try to play more on the A, S, M mode.... Do not keep using the scenic mode, you probably will learn less if you keep using scenic mode.

guess I need to learn and shoot more..
I also prefer using AP mode most of the time otherwise fustrated and used "Auto"... =Xso far for me i've been using Aperture mode since i get hold of my cam haha..
