can someone post up photos of iso1600 d90 photos? pleeeease? :D

also, is the d90 okay for sports/fast moving action? not F1 fast but like maybe, running or rugby or even skating.

Not sure if these photos fit your requirement. Below are shots from ISO LO to ISO HI 1.0.
Photos were taken with tripod, timer and my 18-200VR on my D90. IMHO photos ISO 3200 and above are like oil paintings. ISO 1600 is bearable quality. Cheers

Will prefer a large pic to really see the difference.

But anyway, the acceptable level of noise is subjective. I'm used to d70's poor noise control, so I can accept iso3200 of d90.

since it's just a hobby and you are only in NS, save the money and get the D90... the extra money can be used to get better lenses as their depreciation is not as fast as the bodies... and digital bodies gets replaced very fast... like 1.5 -2.5 years...

btw DXXX bodies all use CF cards

Agreed!
NS... hmm. Don know will u have more time to hold camera or ur rifle..:bsmilie:

D90 is currently selling at $1,690 at MS photo. Thus, the gap with D300 is pretty large.
