Just a quick update, the price I paid was 9799 on credit card, lucky for me to have GST refund ð, help a bit if you are a tourist. Currently playing around with my new D4 in cambodia. Unfortunately it is a supply and demand market.
Firts impression, a welcome upgrade from the D3s, the auto white balance is spot on, shutter is not as loud as my D3s or D700 bodies. Auto focus and focus speed feels a lot quicker and is spot on and pin sharp, the proof for me will be on the 600mm f4. I have an sport assignment to cover end of the month, will keep you guys posted. Love the improvements done on the, movie functions. Almost never used the D3s movie function, D4 just so much easier to grap a quick clip during a show.
