Managed to get mine 2 days ago at Alan Photo in Sim Lim, but I think I took the last piece. As of 2 days ago, none at Lords, Cathay, John, TWC, ...etc. Did a lot of walking and calling....

I'm looking for 1 as well and left my hp no with Lords cos from past 2 experiences with them (18-200 lens & D300), they do let me know pretty quickly when stocks are in. :thumbsup:

Got my non-original EN-EL4a battery today but it's flat & can't charge it as haven't got my MH-21 charger yet. EDIT: Tested it on my friends' D2H & it morks fine but won't work at all on my D300.

Also got the one piece rubber eyecup from the same seller. It fits but not perfectly & the quality is rather poor & the material very thin at the top portion, so much so that there was a tear when I installed it. Ah well, best to buy original sometimes I guess...:embrass:

Has anyone tried AA Alkaline batteries with the grip? With those, it's supposed to push the speed to 8 fps, though may not last many shots. What a bummer.

I got this estimated cost (in USD) for the complete set of grip to push D300 to 8 fps.

battery pack: $259
EN-EL4a battery: $109
battery charger: $119
battery cover $35

total: $522

Total - $800

but for that extra $400 more for the MH-21, EN-EL4A & BL-3, one could get a bunch of EN-EL3Es instead.

not really. becos of the weak USD (bush is good for something, eh? hehe..), u do save a wee bit, and get them faster than SG. i'm also waiting for bhphotovideo to restock their MH-21 and BL-3. ;p

Like I mentioned earlier, I left my hp no. with them. These are my past dealings with Lords:

1. 18-200mm lens bought a year ago (got it within a week)
2. D300 bought in late Nov (grab it within 2 days)
3. MB-D10 bought last Sat (called on Wed and got it on Sat)

First, check with them if they can reserved it for you. No harm to left your hp no. with them if you're a genuine buyer. :thumbsup:

Now, eyeing the 14-24...:sweat:
